At that point I introduced one of my fingers, a little bit, in her vagina, without any sexual intention.

A blood sample taken from the applicant matched sperm which had been found in K's vagina and underwear after the rape. The applicant denied all charges.

Dr So.So. obtained a hygiene pad with traces of blood on it from the applicant, and took swabs from her face, vagina, and rectum, with her consent, in order to collect DNA samples.

A DNA test was not conducted to clarify whether or not the sperm in the complainant’s vagina matched that of the applicant’s.

She, of course, said that it went beyond that and that you stroked her vaginal area when she was in the 'cat' position.

The ambulance doctor certified S.K.’s death, noted bruises and abrasions on her face and body and took samples of liquid from her vagina and anus.

He alerted the police and called for an ambulance which took K. to hospital, after she had made a formal report to the police. 4.

The police took two statements from X on the day of the incident. On 27   July 2019 X provided a third, supplementary statement.
