On 10 January 2002 (the decision wrongly indicates the year 2001) the Arbitration Court dismissed her action. COMPLAINTS 1.

The applicant challenged the PFDK’s decision before the Arbitration Committee of the TFF.

On 22   March 2024 the Arbitration Committee dismissed the applicant company’s objections and upheld the fines.

On 5 January 2024 the Arbitration Committee upheld the sanction.

In the proceedings before the Arbitration Committee of the TFF the applicant company challenged a monetary fine (224,000 Turkish liras) imposed on it by the Disciplinary Committee of the TFF on account

On 13 April 2024 the Arbitration Committee of the TFF upheld the decision of the PFDC. Its reasoned decision was served on the applicant on 10   June 2024.

The applicant was subjected to two separate disciplinary fines, amounting to a total of 270,000   Turkish Liras (“TRY”) (approximately 13,500 euros at the time of the events).

On 14 April 2023 the Arbitration Committee of the TFF overturned the Disciplinary Committee’s decision in a brief ruling ( kısa karar ).

The establishment of an international arbitration court was provided for in an agreement concluded between Albania and Italy.

This agreement, and also a Deed of Settlement entered into subsequently, provided for arbitration according to the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (Nederlands Arbitrage Instituut).
