The Government presented extensive handwritten medical notes, which are hardly legible, and a typed synopsis of the applicant's treatment history, on the basis of which they alleged that

A report was drafted and the person in question was handed over to the police officers.

The more serious the charge, the more the public is misinformed and the individual harmed, if the allegation is not true. 2.

Seeing a police officer in uniform approach, Mr Oláh handed the car radio to his accomplice and both men started to run. Sergeant L.T. ordered them to stop.

Officer V.G. stated, inter alia , that Suren Muradyan had voluntarily removed and handed the watch to him.

    At one point the applicant and others were ordered to quickly go upstairs to the third floor.

The second applicant lost consciousness again and later awoke on the floor of the helicopter, with a bag over his head, a soldier’s feet on his back and a gun pointed at his head.

The applicant invited the visitors to come in, scanned the documents handed over by the “husband”, then, at the “clients’” request, changed the name of the holder and certain grades.

According to the official version, L.G. died in an attempt to escape by jumping out of a second-floor window of the police station.
