Czech Republic (application no. 1993/02) The applicant, Radan Balšán, is a Czech national who was born in 1969 and lives in Havířov (Czech Republic).   He relies on Article 6 §§ 1 (right to a fair trial) and 3 (d) (right to obtain attendance and examination of witnesses) of the European Convention on Human Rights.   Fiala v. Czech Republic (no. 26141/03) Pedovič v. Czech Republic (no. 27145/03) Reslová v. Czech Republic (no. 7550/04) The applicants, Jiří Fiala and Iveta Reslová, are Czech nationals who were born in 1963 and 1972, respectively and who live in Nymburk (Czech Republic) and Církvice (Czech Republic) respectively. The applicant, Nenad Pedovič is a Croatian national who was born in 1946 and lives in Prague.   Their cases concern child custody proceedings. The applicants rely, in particular, on Articles 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time) and 8 (right to respect for private and family life). Mr Fiala also relies on Article 13 (right to an effective remedy) of the Convention.   Štefanec v. Czech Republic (no. 75615/01) The applicant, Milan Štefanec, is a Czech national who was born in 1973 and lives in Brno (Czech Republic).   The applicant was fined for having organised a demonstration which had been banned by the authorities.   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 10 (freedom of expression).   Zich and Others v. Czech Republic (no. 48548/99) The applicants are eight Czech nationals who live in Prague.   They rely on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) to the Convention.   Jakumas v. Lithuania (no. 6924/02) The applicant, Ričardas Jakumas, is a Lithuanian national who was born in 1969 and lives in Vilnius.   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Kozik v. Poland (no. 25501/02) The applicant, Roman Kozik, is a Polish national who was born in 1959 and lives in Goleniów (Poland).   He relies on Article 5 § 3 (right to be brought promptly before a judge).   Swedish Transport Workers Union v. Sweden (no. 53507/99) The applicant is the Swedish Transport Workers Union which had an agreement with the Swedish Association of Newspaper Publishers.   The applicant union relies on Article 6 § 1 (access to court).   Baltacı v. Turkey (no. 495/02) The applicant, Resul Baltacı, is a Turkish national who was born in 1972 and lives in Gaziantep (Turkey).   He relies on Article 5 § 3 (right to be brought promptly before a judge) and Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Efimenko v. Ukraine (no. 55870/00) The applicant, Svetlana Aleksandrovna Efimenko, is a Ukrainian national who was born in 1964 and lives in Zaporizhzhya (Ukraine).   She relies on Article 6 § 1 (length of civil proceedings), Article 13 (right to an effective remedy) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) to the Convention.   Pronina v. Ukraine (no. 63566/00) The applicant, Svetlana Vladimirovna Pronina, is a Ukrainian national who was born in 1944 and lives in Yalta (Ukraine).   She relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Keegan v. United Kingdom (no. 28867/03) The applicants are Gerard Keegan, an Irish national born in 1955 and his wife, Moira Keegan, a United Kingdom national born in 1963, and their children Carl, Michael, Katie and Sophie, British citizens born in 1985, 1996, 1997 and 1997, respectively. They were all resident in Liverpool (United Kingdom).   Policed forced entry and searched the applicants' home under the mistaken belief that a robber lived there.   They rely on Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Repetitive cases   Cosson v. France (no. 38498/03) Hostein v. France (no. 76450/01) The applicants, Patrick Cosson and Jacques Hostein, are French nationals who were born in 1952 and 1948 respectively and live in Toulon and Mauguio (France).   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).     Length-of-proceedings cases   In the following cases the applicants complain of the excessive length of civil proceedings. They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time). In the case Tamar v. Turkey, the applicant also relies on Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Šimonová v. Czech Republic (no. 73516/01) Bíró v. Hungary (no. 15652/04) Jaczkó v. Hungary (no. 40109/03) Ratajczyk v. Hungary (no. 11215/02) Tamar v. Turkey (no. 15614/02)     Thursday 20 July 2006   Vajagić v. Croatia (no. 30431/03) The applicants, Mirko Vajagić and Ružica Vajagić, are Croatians nationals who were born in 1937 and 1942, respectively, and live in Virovitica (Croatia).   They rely on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property), Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Koudelka v. Czech Republic (no. 1633/05) The applicant, Jiří Koudelka, is a Czech national who was born in 1957 and lives in Prague.   He relies on Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life), Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time) and Article 14 (prohibition of discrimination) in conjunction with Article 8.   Theordorakis and Theodorakis –Tourisme et Hôtels S.A. v. Greece (no. 75511/01) The applicants are Georgios Theodorakis, a Greek national who was born in 1961 and lives in Chania (Greece), and the company Theodorakis –Tourisme et Hôtels S.A.   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) to the Convention.   Sokurenko and Strygun v. Ukraine (nos. 29458/04 and 29465/04) The applicants, Mykola Ivanovych Sokurenko and Anatoliy Mykhaylovych Strigun, are Ukrainian nationals who live in Samgorodok (Ukraine).   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).     Repetitive cases   Taiani v. Italy (no. 3641/02) The applicants, Pio Taiani and Ermelinda Taiani, are Italian nationals who were born in 1969 and 1966, respectively, and live in Bénévent (Italy).   They rely on Articles 8 (right to respect for correspondence) and 13 (right to an effective remedy), Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property), Article 2 of Protocol No. 4 (freedom of movement) and Article 3 of Protocol No. 1 (right to free elections) to the Convention.   Bartos v. Romania (no. 12050/02) Pietro and Others v. Romania (no. 8402/03) Radu v. Romania (no. 13309/03) The applicants are all Romanian nationals.   They all rely on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) to the Convention. In the cases of Bartos v.
