The applicants relied on Article   3 of the Convention. QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES Have the authorities carried out an effective official investigation into the applicants’ allegations of ill-treatment during the dispersal of the demonstration of 20-21   June 2019, as required under the procedural aspect of Article 3 of the Convention (see Bouyid v.   Belgium [GC], no.   23380/09, §§   114-23, 28 September 2015; and Mocanu and Others v.   Romania [GC], nos.   10865/09 and 2 others, §§   316-26, ECHR 2014 (extracts))?   Among other elements:   (a)     Have the authorities collected and analysed all relevant material without undue delay?   (b)     Have the authorities identified any potential suspects as part of the apparently ongoing criminal investigation?   The respondent Government are requested to set out in detail the timeline of all investigative steps relevant to the present applicants’ circumstances.Citations
