The proceedings are currently pending before the Supreme Court of Georgia. Relying on Articles 6 § 1 and 13 of the Convention the applicant complains about the length of the relevant proceedings and the absence of an effective remedy in that respect. QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES 1.     Is the length   of the civil proceedings in the present case in breach of the “reasonable time” requirement of Article   6 §   1 of the Convention?   2.   Did the applicant have at his disposal an effective domestic remedy for his complaint under Article   6 §   1 of the Convention about the   length   of the proceedings, as required by Article   13 of the Convention?
