The applicant showed that being an unemployed single mother at the material time, she had no income; the court did not, however, consider this as a sufficient ground for exempting her from the payment of the court fees. The applicant complains of a violation of her right of access to a court, as guaranteed under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention. QUESTION TO THE PARTIES Has there been a breach of the applicant’s right of access to court as guaranteed by Article 6 § 1 of the Convention (see, for example,   Kreuz v.   Poland , no. 28249/94, ECHR 2001 ‑ VI, and   Weissman   and Others v.   Romania , no. 63945/00, ECHR 2006 ‑ VII (extracts))?
