Their criminal complaint of 9   January 2020 for domestic violence was rejected by two levels of prosecutors for lack of reasonable suspicion against the alleged perpetrator. The applicants complain that the authorities did not investigate thoroughly their complaint of domestic violence. QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES Having regard to the procedural protection from inhuman or degrading treatment, was the investigation in the present case in breach of Article 3 of the Convention?
