Both procedures concerned the same incident of 24 May 2008 when the applicant physically attacked M.V. The applicant appealed to the Constitutional Court about his two convictions, but the court rejected his case on 16 December 2014.     QUESTION TO THE PARTIES Has the applicant been punished twice for the same offence in the territory of the respondent State, as prohibited by Article   4 §   1 of Protocol No.   7 (see Milenković v. Serbia , no. 50124/13, 1 March 2016)?
