The applicant resides in Samos hotspot. The applicants requested interim measures under Rule 39 of the Rules of the Court, which were granted. QUESTION TO THE PARTIES Having regard to the fact that the first applicant was pregnant at an advanced stage and, at a later stage, had a new-born baby, the second applicant, were their living conditions compatible with Article 3 of the Convention?   The applicants are invited to submit identification documents for the second applicant, the baby.
