QUESTION TO THE PARTIES Having regard to the Court’s case law (see Laska and Lika v. Albania , nos. 12315/04 and 17605/04, §§ 63-72, 20 April 2010), did the applicant have a fair hearing in the determination of the criminal charge against her, in accordance with Article   6 §   1 of the Convention?
