The investigation into his ensuing criminal complaint was to no avail, the Budapest Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office notably pointing out that the leak complained of did not represent a “grave lesion of interest” for the applicant. QUESTION TO THE PARTIES Has there been a violation of the applicant’s right to respect for his private life, contrary to Article 8 of the Convention, also taking into account the State’s positive obligations in this field (see White v. Sweden , no.   42435/02, § 20, 19 September 2006)?
