Under Article 8 of the Convention the applicants complain of a violation of their right to respect for their family life. QUESTION tO THE PARTIES Has there been a violation of the applicants’ right to respect for their family life contrary to Article 8 of the Convention, through the authorities’ decision to place their daughter in foster care and limit their right to contact with their daughter to one hour, four times per year (see, for example, K.   and T. v.
