In particular, in the minor-offences proceedings he was convicted of illegal possession of drugs by a judgment of 3 February 2008 which became final on 14 October 2009. In the criminal proceedings, by a judgment of 25   January 2011, he was convicted of illegal drug trafficking and possession of drugs with the intent of illegal trafficking in relation to the same drugs for which possession he had been convicted in the minor-offences proceedings. QUESTION tO THE PARTIES Was the applicant tried and punished twice for the same offence, contrary to Article 4 § 1 of Protocol No. 7 (see Igor Tarasov v. Ukraine , no.   44396/05, 16 June 2016; Milenković v. Serbia , no. 50124/13, 1 March 2016; and Tomasović v. Croatia , no. 53785/09, 18 October 2011)?
