QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES 1.     Was the length of the civil proceedings in the present case in breach of the “reasonable time” requirement of Article   6 §   1 of the Convention, especially with what was at stake for the applicant?   2.     Has there been a violation of the applicant’s right to respect for his family life, contrary to Article   8 of the Convention (see X v.
