It appears that her 2015 court action was to no avail; and that no official records are kept or available on the subject. QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES 1.     Has Article   35 §   1 of the Convention been complied with in the present case?   2.     Has here been a violation of the applicant’s right to respect for her private life, contrary to Article   8 of the Convention, on account of the apparent impossibility to find out about her personal history (see, mutatis mutandis, Odièvre v. France [GC], no. 42326/98, ECHR 2003 ‑ III)?
