Her complaint was finally dismissed on 13 February 2015. The only form of maintaining authorised contact was that her third, youngest son, of 12 years of age, was allowed to send her parcels. The applicant invokes Article 3 of the Convention. QUESTION tO THE PARTIES Has there been a violation of the applicant’s right to respect for her family life, contrary to Article   8 of the Convention?
