For the applicants’ personal details, the names of their representatives and the details regarding the length of the impugned proceedings see the table annexed below. COMPLAINTS 1.     The applicants complain under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention about the length of the proceedings. 2.     Relying on Article 13 of the Convention, the applicants in the applications no. 9849/15 and 38943/15 also complain that they did not have an effective remedy in respect of their complaints concerning the excessive length of proceedings.   COMMON QUESTIONS Was the length of the proceedings in the applicants’ cases in breach of the “reasonable time” requirement under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention?
