QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES In the light of the applicants’ claims and the evidence which has been submitted, has there been any hindrance by the State with the effective exercise of the applicants’ right of application, ensured by Article   34 of the Convention? In particular: (a)     Did the acting head of IK-2 of Zabaykalskiy Region Mr A.A., the head of the operative division of IK-2 of Zabaykalskiy Region Mr A.K. or any other official exercise pressure on Mr M. Rogoza to withdraw his application (no. 41822/16) to the Court? Why was Mr M. Rogoza summoned to meet with the above officials on 25   October and 26   October 2016?
