Allegedly, the combined effects of the inauguration of the school, being the sole educational institution in the applicant’s neighbourhood, and the discontinuance of a bus service connecting that neighbourhood with a nearby city where other schools would have been available, resulted in the segregated education of Roma pupils.   QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES 1.     Has the applicant exhausted domestic remedies, as required by Article   35 § 1 of the Convention, given that the situation giving rise to the application was examined by the domestic courts only in the framework of an actio popularis brought by the Chance for Children Foundation?   2.     Has there been a breach of the applicant’s rights under Article 14 of the Convention read in conjunction with Article 2 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention to have education free of discrimination?   3.     Has the applicant been denied the right to education, guaranteed by Article 2 of Protocol No. 1, on account of the termination of the bus service connecting the applicant’s neighbourhood with a school providing integrated education for children from various social backgrounds?
