If so, was he entitled to that amount of rent until the date of the tenant’s lodging of the application before the Rent Regulation Board (RRB), the decision of the RRB at first-instance or that on appeal? In this connection the parties should inform the Court if a decision on appeal has been delivered.     2.     In the present case, in view of the amounts deposited in court by the tenants, did the applicant apply to the RRB to resume possession of the premises in accordance with Articles 8 and 9   (a) of the Ordinance? If so, was a decision delivered on the matter?   3.     In practice, what type of business activity is carried out at the Cressi Sub Store? In which commercial domain does it place itself?
