The applicants assert in particular that they have been detained in crowded prison cells. For the details of their detentions, see Annex. COMPLAINTS The applicants complain under Article 3 of the Convention about the conditions of their detention, allegedly executed in overcrowded prison cells. Moreover, they submit various other complaints, set out in the Annex.   QUESTION TO THE PARTIES Have the applicants been subjected to inhuman or degrading treatment on account of their cramped conditions of detention, in breach of Article 3 of the Convention?
