QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES 1.     Did the first four applicants have a fair hearing in the determination of the criminal charges against them, in accordance with Article 6 § 1 of the Convention (see, Bykov v. Russia [GC], no. 4378/02, § 88-93, 10   March   2009)? In particular, did the admission of the evidence obtained through the recordings of their telephone conversations comply with the guarantees of Article   6   §   1?   2.     Was the length of the criminal proceedings in the present case regarding the first four applicants in breach of “the reasonable time” requirement of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention?   3.     Has there been a violation of the first four applicants’ rights guaranteed by Article   8 of the Convention as a result of the recordings of their telephone conversations? In particular, (a)   was the interception of the first four applicants’ conversations in accordance with law? (b)   was the relevant law foreseeable in its application?
