The Government are also invited to submit copies of the applicant’s medical records in respect of her allegations concerning lack of access to adequate medical care for the period mentioned above.   2.     Was the length of the two sets of civil proceedings brought against the applicant by third parties in the present case in breach of the “reasonable time” requirement of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention?Citations
