The first applicant claimed to have received threats to his life in Lebanon, where they lived. The applicants’ request for asylum in Sweden was rejected and their deportation Lebanon ordered. COMPLAINT The applicants complain under Articles 2 and 3 of the Convention that they will be at risk of being killed or injured if they are returned to Lebanon. QUESTION TO THE PARTIES In the light of the applicants’ claims and the documents which have been submitted, would they face a risk of being subjected to treatment in breach of Article 2 or 3 of the Convention if the deportation order were enforced?
