The applicants were represented by Mr N. Muhić, a lawyer practising in Sarajevo. The applicants’ complaints under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention and Article   1 of Protocol No.   1 concerning the non-enforcement or delayed enforcement of domestic decisions against the Sarajevo Canton were communicated to the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“the Government”). THE LAW On 3 April 2023 the Government informed the Court that the Sarajevo Canton had adopted an enforcement plan undertaking to enforce all domestic decisions against it, including the domestic decisions under consideration in the present case, within five years (that is, by the end of 2026). The applicants did not dispute that fact. In a similar case, the Court accepted the enforcement plan of the Sarajevo Canton and held that there had been no violation of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (see Karović and Others v. Bosnia and Herzegovina , nos. 40841/13 and 3 others, 24 June 2025). There is no reason to depart from that case-law in the present case. In view of the above, the Court finds that these complaints are manifestly ill-founded and must be rejected in accordance with Article   35   §§   3 and   4 of the Convention. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Declares the application inadmissible. Done in English and notified in writing on 13 November 2025.     Viktoriya Maradudina   Anne Louise Bormann   Acting Deputy Registrar   President   APPENDIX Application raising complaints under Article   6 § 1 of the Convention and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (non-enforcement or delayed enforcement of domestic decisions) Application no.
