Ms   S. and her representative attended the hearing.

The court held hearings on 18 January 1996 and 28 March 1997. At the latter hearing it imposed a fine on a witness who had failed to appear before it.

Between 6   February and 17   April   1997 the court held five hearings. On 7   July   1997 the court held a hearing and heard evidence from two experts.

Neither the applicant, nor his representative attended the hearing. 7.

The court summoned the same policemen to be examined at the hearing. The next hearing was fixed for 23 August 2012.

The next hearing was ordered to be on 16   October   1991. At the fourth hearing on 16 October 1991 the applicant was heard in person.

On 11 December 1995 the District Court held a hearing.

He was, however, able to participate in the hearings of 21 February and 15 June 2001 and 5 March 2002 by means of an audiovisual link with the hearing room. 15.

The applicant’s counsel was absent from the hearings of 10 March and 15, 16, 19 and 22 June 2006 because of her illness. The applicant’s requests to adjourn those hearings were rejected.

The applicants state that despite their motions to be present during the first instance and appeal hearings they were not transferred from the detention facility to the hearings. COMPLAINTS 6.

The court decided to postpone the decision regarding the new proposals until the next hearing. That public hearing took place on 19 March 2012 and the expert G. A. gave evidence.

On 29 July 2022 the St Pölten Regional Court summoned the parties to a hearing scheduled for 22 August 2022 and ordered the applicant to bring a list of assets.

The applicant no longer attended the criminal hearings and at a hearing of 16 June 2014 it resulted that the applicant had left to the United   Kingdom, during which time he was suffering health conditions
