The gunshot entry wounds are situated: –     no. 1: in the left postotic area; –     no. 2: two and a half centimetres towards the back and two centimetres lower than wound no. 1; –

They may be joined with a view to conducting a pilot procedure ( vzorčni postopek ) (section 32).

Secondly, the proceedings must have been “finally resolved” ( pravnomočno končan postopek ).
