Consequently, the hearing was postponed. On 19 December 1997 the City Court scheduled a new hearing for 12   February 1998.

On 22 April 1993 the court held a hearing. It heard the parties and adjourned the hearing. B.

In the determination of ... any criminal charge against him, everyone is entitled to a fair ... hearing ... by [a] ... tribunal ... 3.

By a decision of 16 January 2001 a hearing was rescheduled for 5 March 2001. On 15 November 2002 the court scheduled the next hearing for 12   February 2003.

The Court was mindful of the security issues a criminal court hearing may involve.

At the first hearing, held on 20 July 1987, the court ordered two expert opinions. It did not schedule any hearings until 24 January 1989.

During those hearings the applicant was held in a metal cage. 4 .

On 19 February 1998 the Wrocław Court of Appeal held a hearing and gave judgment.

The applicants submit that the first hearing was held on 9   October 1994.

Furthermore, only one of the hearings (to which she had been summoned as a witness) was held at the ground floor. All other hearings were held on an upper floor.

On 24 June 2010 the Independent Administrative Panel held a hearing. The applicant did not attend the hearing, but was represented by the substitute of her legal representative.

The applicant was also duly informed about the appeal hearing. According to evidence provided by the Government, he had received summons to the appeal hearing in person a week prior to it.

    A hearing scheduled for 7 July 1994 was postponed at the defendants’ request.

During the first instance hearing the applicant was represented by legal aid counsel. 4.

On 25 January 1999 a summons for a hearing was served on the applicant, but, as the hearing was supposed to take place on 29   January 1999, he requested that it be rescheduled.
