In the case of Musina and Others v.

  Şirin - In 1997, the applicant made a speech about the liberation movement in Palestine and praised the Muslim leaders who worked for the liberation of Jerusalem.

    The applicants submit that the above-mentioned violations are due to the fact that the applicants are Turkish Cypriots and Muslims.
