On 9 July 1997 the applicant filed a civil suit against a basketball club called “Vojvodina” BFC ( Košarkaski klub “Vojvodina” BFC ) from Novi Sad, for which he had been playing.

On 19 September 2009 the applicant called an ambulance and O. was taken to North Estonia Medical Centre (NEMC) ( Põhja-Eesti Regionaalhaigla ) for examination.

Having resigned from the Labour Party as well, the applicant decided to form a new Party which was later called the "British Union of Fascists".

According to the applicant’s representative, he never received a proper summoning to this hearing and was called by the court clerk only when the hearing had already started.

The police officers, thinking she was a person of the Roma origin, called her “black bitch”. They asked her to show them her breasts.

The applicant called the police who arrived at the scene but subsequently left, having informed him that he had to submit his complaint at the police station.
