In letters addressed to the applicant’s wife, the Centre’s head mentioned that the medicines prescribed to her husband were unavailable at his institution.

    On 26 March 2006 at around 17h00 the applicant’s neighbour, D.V., allegedly punched the applicant several times in the head and pulled her hair, causing her to fall down.
