    On 4 September 2012 the President of the Third Section gave priority to the application, in accordance with Rule 41. 6.

       The applicants, or in some cases their spouses, were born between 1902 and 1938 and worked as private-sector employees in Istanbul, Alexandria or Cairo between 1927

The applicant submitted that she had had no news of her son since 21 October 2009, and gave the police two GSM phone numbers used by her son. 26.

    The Youth Court gave notice to the applicant’s parents to appear before it on 21 October 2013.

The Mayor gave a decision on 25 July 2005. 20.

    On 16 October 2012 the applicant gave her evidence to the prosecuting authorities.

It gave reasons substantially the same as those given in its decision of 22 October 2007 in administrative case no.   3-07-1000 (see paragraph 17 above).

    Another hearing was held on 1 February 2005, at which a nurse from the hospital, M.K., gave oral evidence.
